Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the mobile application Quick Contact, developed by Smart&Business. By using the App, you fully accept these Terms.

Using the App implies acceptance of these Terms. The App is intended for users over 13 years old.

3. Service Description

Quick Contact is a digital business card management app. Features include:

• Business card scanning and digitization via OCR
• Contact management with dual Google account support
• CRM integration with HubSpot and Pipedrive
• Personal QR Code generation and sharing
• Digital business card Wallet

4. Google Account and Data

The App may request access to your Google account via OAuth 2.0 to read, create, edit and delete contacts. Data is used exclusively for the described features. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Plans, Subscriptions and Payments

Payments are managed by Google Play Store, App Store and RevenueCat. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period. Prices are listed in the Plans & Pricing section.

6. Data Ownership

Data entered by the user belongs to the user. You may export it at any time in vCard and CSV formats. The Provider claims no ownership over user data.

7. Intellectual Property

The source code, design, logo and all App content are the exclusive property of Smart&Business and protected by copyright law.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for data loss caused by device malfunctions or third-party service interruptions.

9. Account and Data Deletion

You may disconnect your Google account at any time and request data deletion by writing to member.pae@gmail.com.

10. Changes to Terms

The Provider reserves the right to update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law.
